This wonderful house design was created for families and friends to spend quality time together. This newly constructed home has the living areas (kitchen, eating area, and family room) placed on the top floor to allow for the best ocean views of Holden Beach, NC.
Beach Access – Walk across the street from Shore to Delight onto its own boardwalk to the Atlantic Ocean with private beach access. It is as close to the front door as you can get. See, smell and savor the sound of the waves from this wonderful 2nd row beach house!
House Access - A spacious elevator makes accessing this beach house a breeze for both the young and the young at heart. Both floors are wheelchair and stroller accessible with extra wide hallways and bathrooms for easy movement. Two showers are made for the elderly to have easy access with a low step-in feature while bathtubs make bathing the kids a snap.
TV's - Have no trouble gathering your loved ones for movie night around the large 50-inch HDTV in the family room complete with blue-ray DVD player. For more viewing pleasures, 32" flat-screen TVs are installed in every bedroom. In addition, the master bedroom has an extra large TV mounted to the wall for those lazy days relaxing in bed.
Game room – Shore to Delight is equipped with a full sized game room on the lower floor to allow the kids to be themselves at night without disturbing the adults. A foosball, air hockey, games, music and a queen size sleeper sofa are "Shore to Delight" all with ready-made togetherness and family fun.
Pool – You will be “Shore to Delight” in the fact that during your stay, you will be able to enjoy taking in the sun at both the beach and in your own private extra-large pool measuring 25’ x 14’. The pool's cleanliness is guaranteed upon your arrival and for the duration of your stay, as it will be inspected twice during your full week’s stay.
Kitchen - This well-equipped kitchen is high-end in every way, boasting granite countertops, a spacious cooking area, and all stainless steel appliances. While we encourage you to visit many of Holden Beach’s fantastic restaurants, Shore to Delight’s kitchen will allow you to be able to cook for your entire crew while enjoying expansive ocean views.
Clean – Cleanliness is our highest priority. The house is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and every room is personally inspected by a trained inspector, whose only job is to make sure that the house is perfect for you and your family. In addition, every bed is fully protected with a sealed mattress protector of the highest quality ensuring you will have a good night's sleep.
This five bedroom, plus a game room, open floor plan is ideal for spending time together.
